We could admire the building-site from the inside and from all directions today. That's why we are able to show you how the processes of Eastern lower stand's building look like. In the Northern part of this stand (between the stand and the fence) works an excavator. From the Southern side of the stand the reinforcements are installed. Between the locks scaffoldings emerge. Those are also installed on the Southern stand.
Besides, workers finished locks installing on the Northern stand, and on the zero level the area is being prepared for filling it up with concrete.
